Why do so many people have difficult telling the truth? They'd rather fudge the truth as a means of, at the very least, delaying some unpleasantry. The truth told in kindness can act as a salve. Too many times those that tell others the truth under the guise of "telling it like it is" can hurt feelings and bruise egos. We are to be different as believers in Christ. We are to tell the truth as a means of compassionate instruction, not as a weapon to hold over others. Seek the wisdom of God and use discernment when you speak to others. Be truthful, but with a measure of mercy. rlkeller
