Looking for employment when your passion lies somewhere else can be a little rough. It's necessary, but at times your hearts just not in it. God's will can elude us if we focus on the wrong thing. While we desire to know and do God's will for us, our own desires get tangled up in the process. Focus is the key. Actually, a dual focus is required. We need to first and foremost place our focus squarely on the Lord, for He is the One that will open doors for us. Then we need to focus on the task at hand ... in this case, finding employment. It's easier to steer a moving ship than one that is standing still. rlkeller
